I’ve been in pain literally every day since late 2003, and always will be. I’ve gotten used to that, or at least accept it, although I’m sure it contributes to my grumpy demeanor.

Oxygen therapy isn’t the panacea I had hoped it would be. I still can’t do much, but on the bright wide, I haven’t come close to pissing my pants which was a common occurrence before getting the oxygen. (Feeling like it and holding it, not actually pissing).

I still am having issues with tremendously gory bloody noses, combined with really awful allergies at the moment. That makes the breathing problems worse of course. I did a test yesterday. I got up from my chair, rinsed a few dishes and put em in the dishwasher, returned to my chair and tested my oxygen saturation. 86%. With oxygen. Recovery (back up to mid-90%) is much quicker now though.

I used to use downward social comparisons to feel better about myself, and that isn’t working anymore.

ugh i’m sorry for the shit you’re going through but happy to hear you’re not like me and pee all over the place and all over everyone

so is there any other treatment that can be done or is this it? you just have to live with it forever

all the breathing tests have been stopped here and no one can get tested unless it’s a super duper emergency
is that the same situation in your neck of the woods ?
