Ran over my foot with my cart full of kickboards and pull buoys this morning. Didn't realize it was bad until about 11AM, when I found out my shoe was full of blood.

The medical center at work stitched me up and gave me a Tetanus/Parvo/Kennel Cough booster, so I should be good for another 10 years of Datsun-ing, but when the lidocaine wore off, it was very distracting.

I was initially offered antibiotics when the stitches were put in. I rolled the dice and declined, because I don't like the notion of breeding superbugs when I don't have to.

This societal expectation of cleanliness is why all these people keep getting sick and infected in the first place. Stop doing that and you'll discover true wellness.
