I've been getting a little thick in the mids so I decided to make some dietary changes in my daily life. So far I've lost 7lbs in a week.
And not just by changing from boots to sneakers either!!

I rounded up for dramatic effect.
But I stopped soda, candy, junk food and eating after 8 PM.
I took Darth's advice and ate a salad.
Exercise might have helped too.

The drug they gave me for the angioplasty left a mark on me. That was the best drug I’ve ever had, ever. Bar none.

I had a horrific back ache prior to being dosed and the gal said the dope would fix that right up. I felt it fade, then watched the show on the ceiling. There were a dozen tracks that gear moved back and forth on. The engineering in that room was outta sight.

OMG the shitty hamburger afterward. I was warm, happy as fuck, back in my room eating a crappy burger. It was so great. Heaven.
