Ah, nothing like a little road rage to wake you up in the morning. Sir, I'm just trying to get to work. You are sitting at a green light for no reason. Just a little quick toot, I didn't lay on the horn. It wasn't necessary for you to block the intersection, then jump out of your beat up truck and punch my driver's window several times. Chill out.
Holy shit. Did you roll your window down?

Fuck no. Dude was whack. I was waiting to see if he'd break his hand or my window.

I. Need. A. Dashcam. Been saying this for years. I need to get off my ass and just buy one, actually 2 for both of my vehicles.
Definitely hand first, unless he had a ring with a diamond or something on it.

Watched a drunk redneck take a tire iron to his own window because he had locked his keys in his truck. Dozen big god damned swings didn't do anything.

Front windshield is a different story

I got onto some scammer/spammer's call list yesterday. Have had over 2 dozen calls from numbers all over the place calling my cell phone. Hiya app catches most of them as reported scams/spam. Still really annoying.

I tried that before with a pretty good size hunk of limestone out of some landscaping. It didn't work.

These things do. 6 ounces focused on a pinpoint.

When I was 12, I located the family CO2 rifle in the attic. Our house had two dormer windows in the top story that overlooked a park, our side street, and as ample target zone on the busy street 1/2 block away. Our neighbors had a bird feeder hanging on their porch.

I was in heaven.

A fresh cartridge would take out a car side window traveling along either street, and it was impossible to know where it came from or even how it happened.

The neighbor with the bird feeder had no problem figuring it out.

When I was 10 or so, Dad gave me his pellet rifle from when he was that age. East German manufacturer, name was something related to Artemis goddess of the moon? Break-action design, still a great pellet rifle.

I never killed anything with it when I was young but I got to the point that with the breech open and a pellet loaded, Dad could toss a tin can in the air and I'd be able to have it closed, at my shoulder, and tag it at the apex, then break it open and tag the can again after the first bounce.

Streetlights are highly pellet gun resistant. Must be another layer of defense behind the outer lense part you can see or something.
