I see rando piles of cement in alleys all over the damn place. It's what happens when you pay for 5 yards of cement and only need 4 3/4's yards.

Cement trucks have to dump out any excess or they have to physically get in the thing and clear out the excess with jackhammers.

Its also a hazardous chemical, so they aren't supposed to just dump it, but they do a lot when they can get away with it.

Ours was the model home for the neighborhood, so they just did whatever the fuck they wanted. Our house was also built without any sort of roof vents too.
