What you quoted was the suggestion I had if someone was caught making a gun after guns had been outlawed.

So I’m confused by your constitution idea.

The amending has to be done first in order to outlaw them. You can put people in jail after you amend it to nullify the 2nd, not before.

Please re-read everything in the last post, including the part you quoted, that takes place (supposedly) after the constitution has changed.

I don't think an amendment like that will happen soon. Maybe not in my lifetime though eventually it might. Until then they'll just keep chipping away at it a little at a time where they can. Death by a thousand cuts.

You are correct. That part of the constitution won’t be amended until all the dumbfucks are dead and buried.
