One of the actresses from GOT (the lead, dragon mama or whoever- also in Solo) had two strokes within a short period of time. Hopefully your sis will experience a similar outcome.

So, I banged the same finger I have the hole in on a bolt while helping my friend out with his Subaru last weekend, and it got all swollen and infected.

When I lanced it deep enough to get the pus out, I got another chunk of bone out of it.

I'm hoping that's the real reason why that wound on the finger was healing the way it was, and I've now exhausted all the bone chunks floating around from back when my friend (the same guy with the subaru) drilled through that finger and fucked it all up in the first place.

Yeah. Shit's weird.

Back in 2001, I injured the finger by accidentally drilling through it. I stitched it back together with fishing line and bourbon.

In '16, it developed a nasty staph infection, which caused the nail (which was already fucked up) to split into two nails, one of which grew straight out away from the finger, like a little horn. It also mobilized a bunch of the bone shrapnel that was still in the wound from 15 years prior, so that stuff started coming out along with the pus.

In early '19, I had the weird horn-nail removed surgically, but that didn't really heal right either.

Now, it seems there's more bone that wanted to make an exit. They've all been little chunks ( < 7mm on the long axis), FWIW.
