Advice According to Ledboots (Q&A)

Sure, you can get good nutrition, but the calories are low in most vegetables so you have to eat a lot unless you are eating root veg and grains, nuts seeds etc. I love fruit and eat a lot of it so I am confused as to why. It is more expensive especially out of season, but the peaches and cherries will be here soon 😍
Watermelon season is coming and that's all I care about in life. All the other fruits are not important to me
 
I take B12 and vitamin D3 a couple of times a week. I hate the sun so I think the D3 is almost necessary for me.
Those are really common deficiencies vegan or not. I take D3 daily and B12 a couple times a week. My b12 was high normal last time it was checked.
