Ha my first thought was “don’t, just burn it down”Burn the house down.
Mike, I've done a bunch of the Eifs(exterior insulated finishing systems). That can be cut back, filled and recoated. The better base and top coats are polymer based and will stick to the epoxy fine. Don't fill with spray foam, the pore size is wrong to grip the base layer of exterior coating.how should i go about fixing this? looks like its stucco with epoxy on top.

I put in new floors today! And aside from my husbands help with moving the toilet I did it all by myself ( he’s two weeks away from the end of the semester or he would have helped with all of it). Ignore the mess, everything has been put off this week due to tearing up the old floor and putting the new in.View attachment 6814

is there a giant tunnel attached to a van your kids can steal? My house (inside) is being painted today and tomorrow. There’s so much plastic everywhere it resembles the quarantined scene in ET.
Luckily not, cause they would inevitably crash it into my house causing more things we have to fix.is there a giant tunnel attached to a van your kids can steal?
Did you plan for settling? Cuz that shit settles a lot after a few wks.I bought 10 yards of mulch.
I only needed 8.
Fuuuuuck.
Gotta figure out where the rest of it is going.
