I would get a better steak at Outback. For half the price.
I grilled up 3 T-bones last night from a grass-fed yearling I bought half of about 8 months ago. They were delicious, and perfectly medium rare.
 
It's greasy and salty and shitty and probably the least healthy food ever conceived, but I do have a weird fondness for the "Bloomin' Onion"

They had Outback Steakhouse up here in Canada briefly but they botched the rollout, went bankrupt and I think there's only a few left cross-country.
Straight up fair food at a sit down restaurant, what's not to love?

Outback is so expensive for what you get though.

I've heard of shitty places trying to pass off faux filets as Tenderloins - round cuts like top sirloin
