Advice The Home Improvement/Automation Thread

wait, they actually attempt to ring the doorbell vs just chucking your package in the general direction of your house from 8 feet away?

Depends on who it is.

Ups guy is a knocker.

FedEx guy is a ringer.

Amazon people throw shit in the bushes and list the package as handed directly to a resident.

I needed an oscillating tool to fix one o the basement windows that has some frame rot.

My current battery systems are DeWalt 18V, Black and Decker 12V, and Ryobi One+ 18V.

Since I don't want yet another battery system, I went with the Ryobi multi headed tool deal that comes with the oscillating attachment.

DeWalt doesn't make an 18V tool, and pick 12V.

Hopefully it's not complete garbage.

The corded ones are much more useful, IMO.

Woo, got the cold water supply to the water heater cut and soldered for the swamp cooler line (thanks for the soldering tips, @HipHugHer). Got the sink installed in the garage, too.

Not gonna have to fukn' let my grungy club members into the garage-adjacet bathroom to get their grubby oil all over the sink and walls.

@AppleTurkey is pleased with me.
