Poach it. Or like my N Carolina friend, crush spices, mix with Duke's mayo and slather it upon the salmon, especially the thin parts and edges. Place thin lemon slices on top and bake. Southern salmonMade baked salmon and spinach salad last night. Left the salmon in just a wee bit too long. Not enough to ruin it or anything but should've been a little more moist than it was. Touchy stuff that fish.
