NSFW The Exercise Thread

A guy who vomits monthly from undercooked redmeat just called me unhealthy. Bwahahahaha!
You really didn't have to resort to ad hominem attacks. It was just a simple observation...

If you care (and I know you don't), I'm pretty god damned healthy. I run 10-15 miles a week. Have a BMI of 21. Resting heart rate of about 60. Low cholesterol. Pretty much a 1%r in the US...

Hey man live your own life. Don't judge the health of others and maybe they won't judge yours.
Ad hominem attack WTF? lol.

I was just trying to make a joke based on my observations of you here. I promise that I don't really give two shits how healthy you are. I'm very sorry if I upset you.

as you see those #s drop, do you wonder were 199.9lbs is on the calendar?

When I was at 199 I immediately started watching my intake & for me, sub180 was the goal, & it was sweet watching the #s slowly decrease.
My goal is to be 199 by my bday in june, which should be no problem at this rate.

Feb 1st I'll tape/measure/weigh myself and see how this 1400 calorie a day is going. I might increase it up 100-200 calories.

I'm sure you already know this, but your weight loss is likely to slow down quite a bit. Not only will your body get more efficient, but you'll lose less weight the closer you get to a weight that could sustain a 1400 calorie a day diet.

That said, please keep posting your progress. Fucking awesome!@
