You can't have a grill/smoker on the balcony buy if it's electric and can be closed up so the smoke mostly stays inside they could do it.

Time for my first negative review. I bought a new pair of light weight trail shoes recently from Merrell. I usually have issues finding shoes I like that have a larger toe box that doesn't hurt my feet. And most wide shoes are too fucking big and make me look like frankenstein. I saw the Merrell Bare Access Trail Running shoes at REI and loved them. They have a very minimal profile on the sole which I liked. These things were some of the best shoes I've ever tried on. It was like I had no shoes on at all. And ill-fitting shoes always seem to plague me so I was happy that these fit well. Now to the negative side. The traction on wet surfaces wasn't the best but I figured that would be the case since they had a low profile sole. That part I could deal with. The part I couldn't was after a month of wear I started to notice holes forming in the fabric on the inside of the foot. I thought maybe I did something to them but looking online I found dozens of ratings with photos showing the exact same wear in the exact same spot. Clearly a poor design or manufacturing defect. I've had wear issues with Merrell hiking shoes in the past but no shoe should wear in a month. I took them back today and bought a new brand I'm testing out. So bottom line stay away from the Merrell Bare Access.

I think you're placing too much emphasis on that where there's no need.

If you're using it to polish your frets, the polishing buffs are all one way too, as they mount on a screw.
Lots of no-screw/mounted polishing buffs. Screw-mount are pretty blech - screw is often in the way on tight work.
@adi don't let him fool you. IIRC you don't DO your own fret work. ;) Or you thinking about it baba?
