PA is LCB. So it's Beer distributor or Liquor Store. They've just recently started selling beer at select super markets. Its the dark ages around here I tell you.

I never saw package store but maybe it was a local thing. We had "On/Off Sale Liquor". That was the municipal liquor store which was also a bar. I think on sale meant you drank there and off sale meant you took it home or something like that. It's been a long time and they had weird alcohol laws....like 3.2 beer.
