My ex's dad owns a butcher/processing place. People would roll up with a livestock trailer, walk the cows off to a pen. Come back in 2 weeks to pick up massive boxes of beef & dry ice.

Honestly, I've really started to love Egg In A Hole. Cut a hole in a good slice of bread, put in a lot of butter and fry the egg in the hole. Glorious

That sounds nice. I usually like bacon softer, or at least not super crunchy, when eating it by itself, but a chopped, crunchier bacon "sprinkle" could be wonderful on something like that. Also tomatillo salsa.

Hash browns as the base, a righteous fuckload of red chile sauce, some shredded cheese, and then two eggs, sunny-side up on the top.

Then, a warm tortilla to mop up the red chile sauce and egg yolk aftermath.

Sounds a bit like huevos rancheros.
Which is also a favorite way to eat eggs and a source of carbs.
