Advice The internet doctor thread.

2 500mg of Acetaminophen = 1000mg

the Excedrin only has 250 mg. 25% over recommended dosage isn't going to put you in the loonie bin.
Gotcha, didn't know dosage. Acetaminophen doesn't do anything for me. I respond much better to nsaids like ibuprofen and aspirin

I'm actually the same way & called the doc. He said, "so, then it won't work when you take it right? So take it anyway." the headache went away. . .

so now, when my eye feels like it's going to pop out of my head, I do the cocktail mix of OTC drugs.

Every year, hundreds of thousands of people, if not millions, stay at a Holiday Inn Express at least one night. Hopefully, last night, one of those people was you.

I woke up with a headache right above my eyeballs. I can't get rid of it. I've taken allergy medication, Alieve, a small dose of caffeine... still nothing. WTF guys? It's certainly not stress. I don't hold on to stress. Why can't I get rid of this headache?
Hold your nose. Blow as hard as you can. Does it get worse?

If yes:
1) Warm Saline
2) Bulb syringe
3) Mental fortitude

Youre going to have to flush your nasal canal by squirting warm, salty, water up thar. Might get a huge solid plug of snot out. Headache might clear up instantly if that's the cause.

Just a thought.

then, flesh eating bacteria. In your brains.

And you're running on it? :ohnoes:
Yeah. I stopped running for like two months hoping it would get better. Nothing. I have custom orthotics in my shoes because I have such high arches, and they alleviate a lot of the stress on the arch and the muscles. I think working them a little bit every day is actually helping. Weirdest thing ever, but who am I to argue results?

Our friend had a pull or something in his calf for months and still ran 4+ miles each outing... somehow he slowly got over it too.

The human body is a weird thing.
