New Belgium didn't have the distribution or production capabilities to support Florida, or so I'm told. They recently aligned with Cigar City Brewing Company to make it happen.
Makes me happy. It was one of my most favorite beers in Colorado.
It only just now got there? How odd. Know why?
Can you find it outside of Atlanta?I think we've had it for at least 5 years and it seemed odd FL not having it since we're neighbors.
It's a Colorado brewery
Maybe I will.Yo, April..

No, but I'm getting the hankering to give it a try. Something like this, i'd actually look into what i'd need to do to age it in a bourbon barrel.
I honestly would LOVE to do a bourbon barrel imperial chocolate stout.. Call it something like 'Duke's High Executioner' and make sure it has a 10 ABV or higher
Doing wood chips from the barrels can work too.You can get used bourbon barrels cheap enough
Tho, youd have to brew about 50 gallons of the beer to properly utilize it
Not that thats a bad thing...
