How do ya take yer spam 'n eggs?

Over easy :drool:, scrambled with cheese, tohos (cut a circle in a piece of bread, put in pan, put egg in circle, cook like over easy).
And boiled is always good for tuna sandwhiches.

However...I always have some sort of buttered toast or roll with eggs. It's almost a universal law.

The last several times we've made deviled eggs it has just been dump the ingredients in a bowl, hopefully near the right amount, mix it up, and taste it to see if it's good, so we haven't used the recipe for a while.

Someone made these for me for the first time camping over labor day weekend this year. So good. Needs lots of butter for frying. They called em elephant ears and hobo eggs though.

At least a couple days a week I eat french toast for Breakfast, hash browns and hot chocolate for a snack, and an omelet with biscuits for dinner. Of course, there is other non-breakfast related stuff, but breakfast food still makes up the majority of what I eat. :drool:
